    "message": "Link README to files the CRAN tarball leaves out by full URL\n\nwin-builder flagged three README links as invalid file URIs: the source\naudit, CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md are excluded from the\npackage by .Rbuildignore, so relative links to them break in the\ntarball. They now point at the files on GitHub. cran-comments.md adds the\nwin-builder R-devel run and explains the words its spell check flags.\n",
